I realise I have not blogged in a long time. A lot of things happening has kept me away from cooking and as a result blogging!
Have a couple of ideas in my mind waiting to cook :-) Some of my mother's favourite and simple recipes. Finding the ingredients in this part of the world can be quite challenging, but I am not giving up just yet...
